Ways to Sponsor, Advertise & Help

The Camaro Nationals is a major part of the Camaro hobby, as its judging systems promote continual improvement of the cars – both accurate restorations and modified examples.  Our concurs classes – Legend and Bowtie – drive accurate restorations, and are often added to the provenance of Camaros when sold, including nationals auctions like Mecum and Barrett-Jackson.  Companies, automotive suppliers, and business individuals, through their advertising, contributions, and donations, are to thank in a large part, for the success of the Camaro Nationals.  Our 2022 event hosted over 500 Camaros with their owners, in addition to  hundreds of spectators. 

Here are a few of the many ways you can be involved in the event.

Presenting Sponsor – Join Classic Headquarters, Wheel Craft, and the Classic Auto Mall,  as a presenting sponsor of the event.  Rick, of Classic Headquarters has been on board since the beginning of the show, and has been the Presenting Sponsor since 2OOO – our second event.  Presenting Sponsorship includes interior cover placement of your full page color ad, your company’s logo placed on all appropriate flyers, dash plaques, tee shirts, and web site, plus any requested space to display product or hold seminars, etc.   Any supplied samples or flyers will be placed goody bags.  Presenting Sponsorship begins at $4,000.

General Sponsorship – Join Camaro Central, NPD, Mecum, Hagerty,  Kelsey Tire, Camaro Crazy, Automotive Accents Ltd. and others as a show sponsor. Sponsorship includes a full page color add In the show program, logo placement on our flyers and on our website, goody bag placement, and display / vendor spaces as requested.   General sponsorship begins at $750.

Advertising in the show program is a great way to reach potential customers. Ads in our program are available starting from $250 for a quarter page ad. For more details, see the “Advertising” button on the www.- camaronationals.org website. Cutoff for all ad reservations is May 15th, and cut off for receiving art is June 1st.

Goodie Bags – given to Entrants, are always a great way to advertise – a way to let people know your products are out there! A small donation allows placement of a flyer, brochure, or product sample into the bag of products given to every entrant.  We assemble 500 Goody Bags.

Auction donations are another great way to showcase your product. Over 250 people dependably attend the Annual Charity Auction which has been part of the Camaro Nationals since 2000. 100% of auction proceeds are donated to various charities, which to date have totaled over $180,000. The Silence of Mary Home has been our major recipient for many years – providing a home, and help, to abandoned children. We have been supporting this cause not only for the great work they do, but because virtually all the funds go directly to benefit the children. We welcome any donations that would be of interest to our attendees and their families. We have received tee shirts, jackets, hats, posters, art, die casts, repro and racing tires, promo models and die casts, wine,  gift baskets, tools, race tickets, and even a signed NASCAR hood.

Factory Displays, Automotive Vendors, and Swap Dealers  are welcome!   Vendor registration is listed on the 2023 Registration Form or click on “Registration” in the main menu above.  Vendor spaces are included as desired for Presenting and General Sponsors.

Ad Requirements:
The Camaro Nationals Program is a full color booklet with bleed, on coated paper, saddle stapled, and trimmed to just under 8.5” x 11. The center spread can be utilized for a 2-page bleed or non-bleed ad.Ads can be full page (8.5 X 11), half page horizontal (8.5 X 5.5), and quarter page vertical (3.75 X 5).

Submissions:
Ad submissions should be laid out full size, and saved as either high quality or press quality pdf or jpg files. Ads laid out too small or saved as low quality files may produce fuzzy or pixilated images.

Deadlines:
Cut-Off date for reserving space  is May 15th.  All advertising copy must be received by June 10th.
